Poor communication and lack of project management skills and honesty leaves something to be desired of this company. A 4 week job turned into a 16 week job due to the fact that the sub contractor was not released monies to purchase materials although I paid a hefty 30% deposit and further 30% before up to roof level. I would recommend Carl the sub contractor that did the work but wouldn't recommend CM Masonry. The sub contractor did a good job thankfully so the end result is good.

No job to hard to handle. We also pressure wash. We also clean and repair resin driveways and do all types of block paving and patio's. We also clean all types of roofs. Expert at removing any stuborn wallpaper All damproof techniques including membrane. the quicker cheaper lasting option.. I'm a very efficient painter and decorator.Also time served plasterer. Can complete all tasks of plastering too a high standard. Worked in social housing andand got relevant skills. I am CSCS Registered artex problem. No problem.all paints, wallpapering techniques, and outside paints. Waterbased or oil based. Remember painting companies have bigger profits and probably VAT. I know I've worked for them.

We also have plumbers and electricians if required to sign work off. Everybody that we have working with us have been with us for a long time and are 100% trustworthy. I placed the advert on Monday, Joe contacted me on Tuesday. Gave me a good competitive price for the job. Called on Wednesday morning to do the job. He was efficient and did an excellent job. He cleared up after completing the job too. I'd certainly recommend Joe and his assistant and I'd use them for future building jobs. 10/10

James said that he didn`t have much work on so he could come and have a look at my roof problem the following day.He said that he would phone when he was on his way.Didn`t phone,didn`t show up,didn`t answer his phone when i called,didn`t reply to my messages.Little wonder that he doesn`t have much work on.Waited around for him for several hours.......Time waster.......minus 5 stars( although i have to give 1 star to submit my comments )
