I used this trader recently for an end of tenancy carpet clean and was amazed! I wasn't expecting the carpets to come up as well as they have. They stayed as long as the job took and my carpets needed a lot of work. The people were polite and professional. Aaron and the team of 2 did a great job of pruning our cherry tree and it now has a nice shape. They also removed a fir tree at the same time, including root which we were also delighted with. Very efficient, just got on with it, no faffing about and very tidy. I did 4 stars rather than 5 for reliability because they didn't come in the end on the day we arranged and only let me know about 1hr before. Every company can have an off day so we rearranged and they then came as agreed. Very happy with result.
