Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. We reminded him he never showed up as agreed. No apology, no update, and still no fix. We've had enough of the excuses and silence—now hiring a professional to get the job done properly.

What seemed initially a small job turned into a far more complex one, Aaron was extremely professional in both making 2 visits in the day plus trips to Screwfix to pick up extra parts.
