Warren (Southeast Paving company) did an excellent job, for a good price. This was a removal of an old fence, and installation of a new fence with new concrete poles. The work was complicated by the fact that the ground steps down. During the work, Warren unexpectedly encountered a concrete slab below the paving. He dealt with all that without a fuss. The end result looks great, and will last for many years.

Horizon Builders recently carried out work structural work at my house, installing a new steel beam to create a large open plan space. They also removed an old damaged concrete floor and replaced it with a new timber floor, at the same time replacing some rotten timbers from an existing extension. During his initial visit Caleb provided me with a detailed explanation of the issue and a quote for the work to be carried out. He was able to start within a couple of days which worked perfectly for me. Whilst carrying out the initial work Caleb also noticed a couple of other issues that he kindly provided detail on and quotes for.
