George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. The proprietor, Dylan Elgood, was very knowledgeable, advised on the latest Fire Regulations for the first floor windows and was not phased by our old non-standard size Crittall windows. The price was fair and compared well against the larger companies. Dylan personally carried out, or supervised all the work, in both a cheerful and professional manner, to schedule, and with an excellent finish throughout. I was very satisfied with the results of VFurb's external renovation and decoration work, which took 3 weeks in total, extended due to rain. Dragos worked six days a week to keep me informed of progress, answered all my questions, and identified practical solutions to unforeseen problems, supported by detailed costings . He was always present to supervise his team of 2-4 workers, and personally completed the most complex roofing, piping and guttering jobs himself to a high standard.

I can damp proof floors, fix uneven floors with screeds and plywood, lay carpets and design bespoke flooring with Luxury Vinyl Tiles.
