An outstanding service from start to finish. Darren invested time in me as a customer to find out what kind of style and design I was looking for. His experience and obvious expertise enabled me to choose the most effective layout and stylish fittings. The fitters themselves were equally fantastic. They had the utmost respect for my property and kept the area clean and tidy at all times. They take absolute pride in their work and ensure work is completed to a high standard. I would recommend and use again!

Couldn't be happier with the work that David and Chris carried out. They completely transformed our garden and gave valuable input into the design as it progressed. They put in some serious hard graft to get the job completed in the timeframe they gave and the price we were quoted is exactly what we paid. They left the place clean and tidy as well. Absolutely would recommend, thanks guys..

I had this roof replaced in February and it has failed already. The company I used was via Rated people. Not sure why I used this app again, given my experience, but I did. Gus has replaced this and my other flat roof. He carried out the job promptly and cleared up completely. So far, I think he has done a great job. The leaks have stopped. Assuming the roof doesn't fail again, I would recommend Gus without hesitation. I will return to update my review in a year's time when I hope there will be no problems

Shaun responded quickly to quote and was extremely flexible in regards to visiting around our working hours. Shaun was very efficient and the quality of work was brilliant. I wouldn't hesistate in using Shaun again and recommending him to friends.

Good tradesman, well equipped with quality tools, attention to detail - e.g. the powered plane used to trim doors to fit had a dust bag to collect the shavings was impressive, also first task inside the door was to fit overshoes to protect my new carpets. New screw fixings used as appropriate too to eliminate unknowns. We'd had a pre call on the 'phone to understand these requirements and fully delivered on them. Most excellent, discussed other capabilities too, to keep in my address book.

Lewis did an excellent job with my lawn! He was punctual, professional, and really thorough with the grass cutting. The edges were neat, the lawn looks tidy, and he left everything clean afterwards. It’s clear he takes pride in his work. I’ll definitely be using his service again and highly recommend Lewis to anyone looking for reliable lawn care.

Broadoak did a celler convertion for us. They were highly competative with price and had a good scheduel of works set out before work started. Everyone in the office are extremly helpful and the workmen are friendly and trustworthy and became part of the family after a few weeks.We have had no problems and we are very happy with the end result, I would highly reccomend this company and would have them back. Amazing service and highly recommend. Helen contacted me to arrange for Carl to visit; for a quote, which was emailed to me for me to review. When work started, Carl arrived at the agreed time and always called to advise he was on his way. He is very clean and tidy and great workmanship. Very impressed with the high standard of his work.
