Bujar was very prompt in response to my initial posting, calling to assess the job within a day and then confirming a start date for the work. He and his team did an excellent job on the hall tiling and also managing the cloakroom plumbing ( moving a sink and toilet) to complete the tiling here. Matthew and his team did an amazing job and completely transformed a tired 1st floor maisonette into a luxurious looking property. Throughout my 'mini' project Matthew remained calm and patient, even when i informed him that i preferred to have my Gas Safe Engineer to work on the Plumbing and Gas boiler. he just adjusted his quote reflect this. He also suggested 2 weekly installation payments so that I could see the improvements before paying. I will definitely use Matthew again for any future projects.

Mark of MJWD provided a competitive quote for the refurbishment of my garden which involved re-fencing, soil removal, full paving and associated drainage and also creation of steps. While carrying out the work, amendments were needed to achieve the desired end result which required additional materials and labour - these were discussed and competitive quotes for these additional works agreed as we went along. The picture above is of a property well over four hundred years old, very recently we finished this project for our clients after nearly two years spent refurbishing the whole of there home and a further house in the grounds, along with constructing a new kitchen and dinning room. We undertook the damp proofing, re-plastering, carpentry, re-wiring, decoration and even put up the curtain poles and hung the curtains also, and re finished all of the furniture that you can see. Our tradesmen are time served most with 30 plus years in there own professions (having completed both apprenticeships and training by the CITB Construction Industry Training Board) at Chichester Technical Collage. We do however have specialists in a number of other areas as in Damp Proofing, Timber Treatments Dry and Wet Rot, Lateral Water Penetration and Condensation problems. We are at present training one of our team to undertake (EPC) Energy Performance (Surveys) Certificates in order to help our clients with there renewable energy projects. Really pleased with the work that these guys did. They completed my floor-to-ceiling wall unit for my TV, soundbar, fireplace, push-to-open-door shelves and added a side unit with 2 open shelves in a day and a half!
