Rob and his team did a really high quality job and we are very pleased with the end result (and I am the son of a builder, so my expectations were high to start with).. The finish is excellent on the render and the quality is constant through what was a fairly large rendering job on my detached house. The team were tidy and worked hard to the deadline throughout the process. If you need a high quality rendering job, then I would highly recommending considering Rob's services.

When the work was completed, it appeared to be a vast improvement. Castlecare were courteous and timely. However, the damp has returned. It is possible that the fan is faulty, but sadly there does not appear to be a gaurantee and I am yet to receive a satisfactory response from Castlecare. The paint used to help prevent damp appears to have had little effect.

My only criticism is that I was not contacted when the old ceiling was removed and more work was required to get a professional finish to the job. As a result I am having to bring in another plasterer to make the ceiling and wall meet!
