Hello all, my name is Steve, and i am a time served electrician of over 40 years experience. My son Edward has trained as a plasterer. My partner Sara is a very accomplished designer and painter and decorator. I have worked for the electricity board for many years and have industrial and home electrical nstallation experience. Showers, electric heating, underfloor heating, extra sockets, rewires, lighting, fuse boards, etc My son has just undertaken a 6 week plastering course, and with myself being self trained and helping, I am also trying to build up his business profile We are highly trustworthy and give a very fair price, We do not like or want to rip people off. I am happy to do emergency or weekend work. I also worked as a kitchen/bathroom fitter for John Lewis for a number of years and therefore am very conscientious of the quality of work expected from high-end clients. These guys came around to survey the job but did take a long time to present their quote. I was also sceptical at them deciding the internal wall we wanted removing was not load bearing without doing any sort of check. The quote was well detailed and professionally presented but late. Also I thought they seemed rather cocky when speaking to us about the job.

Hired Ian to Build a single story extension and install new kitchen and downstairs shower room . Crew were very pleasant and very helpful in planning the the job ahead of them. Very pleased with the work carried out looks amazing Having to put up with an awkward neighbor didn't deter them from doing and completing the job. The price put in was very reasonable. When the work was ongoing the area was always left clean and as tidy as possible . I would recommend Ian 100% , and would use him again.

Took 4 months to repair water damage to living room ceiling. Small damp testing holes left unfilled in walls. After 6 months they are either unable or unwilling to give me the value of the insurance claim for me to get new policy quotes. Regretfully I cannot recommend using this company.

After initially being fantastic they have now dissapeared,we have been chasing them for 3 months and been fobbed off. So they happily took our £5000 and have left us with a kitchen island that is falling apart and all the plastering around our new window that they installed has been damaged/ripped off and just left like that (even though they did the plastering in the first place), we now have to pay someone else to do it - which we cant afford as our money went to these guys. Completely let us down.

Sorry to add this bad report but I’ve waited quite a long time for Tom to come and amend his bad work. Still hasn’t come and is now ignoring all calls etc. First rainfall my patio has two areas, one side of the house the patio has a massive pool of water standing not draining away. I’ve repeatedly called and asked Tom to come. He came once and drilled a couple of holes, that hasn’t solved the problem. He is not responding to me now so I’m stuck with it. Paid a lot of money and so dissatisfied
Excellent work very reliable. No additional charges from the quote given which was very competitive. Finished in a reasonable time, even did few minor jobs in addition. Also cleaned up well when finished. Would definitely use for other jobs.
