Ani was very thorough when visiting to quote. He identified additional problems related to the work, clearly pointing out issues and offering options for resolving. I was happy with his assessment and his quote. He worked very productively and is very precise to ensure he gets the job to perfect. Ani was very courteous, polite and friendly. Completed job was of high standard. Very satisfied and would fully recommend his work and use him again.

Starting from initial consultation when Klajdi came to my house to inspect the job for quotation. He was very humble and made reasonable recommendations. My instinct just stick to choose Property Claim for the job. WOW! is what I would describe their job. I had complete bath room and toilet fitted. This was done within reasonable time. They are very clean and professional. Installation was excellent and solid. Due to their reliability, I would definitely use them again. Thanks Lola

Piotr came very promptly, looked at the project and advised me how he would proceed. He arrived on time and worked steadily keeping me informed about what he was doing. I’m really pleased with the results. He was polite and thoughtful, tidied and replaced the furniture every night so that life wasn’t too disrupted and made the whole process very easy. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a decorator.

Ioan and his assistant did a fantastic job fitting a complete bathroom and tiling. He built a stud wall to disguise the slanted shape of the room and the outcome of the job was more perfect than we ever expected. We would definitely go to him for all future building work. Work ethic, attitude and price all absolutely outstanding. He really goes over and above to ensure you are happy with his work.

Steve did a complete renovation of a 2 bedroom flat for us - rewire, beautiful herringbone oak floors, plaster, paint, amazing new kitchen including white quartz countertop sourced at a great price and bathroom. Great finish; amazing value; can’t recommend highly enough. Really appreciate his advice, including telling us where not to waste money

NOT RECOMMENDED - Extremely disappointing experience. I posted an insurance-related job on 3 August 2025 with a clear two-week deadline to repair a severely damaged kitchen ceiling. Lee from L P Projects Ltd initially responded, but arranging a site visit was unnecessarily complicated. Despite securing the morning appointment he requested, he cancelled without notice and never followed up. No explanation, no rescheduling, and no quote provided. This lack of professionalism wasted valuable time.

I’m really pleased I found Alex! He came and quoted the job quickly and began work quickly . He worked around my week to get the job done , arriving at 6.20 the first day as I had to leave early for a meeting He is very tidy when working , i had to work from home a few days and you wouldn’t know he was there ! His work quality is fantastic , he completed the job ahead of time , explained everything to me and is very personable and polite . A really , really nice guy. Would recommend and use again

After a very bad experience with the original company that dealt with our roof we were pleasantly surprised to find a company that turned up as promised. After inspecting our roof, they explained what needed to be done and we are extremely satisfied with the way our problem has been dealt with. They have also promised to come back if we we feel we need to call them. Would therefore have no hesitation to recommend Naydor to anyone.

Ben did a great plastering job on a kitchen ceiling. The communication was good and he turned up on time. I`m happy with the quality of the plastering and I would highly recommend him. He left the job nice and tidy and his price was reasonable.

Terry Tyler contracted the job and rang me later to say he could get to me a day earlier ( the same afternoon as I registered the job). He was on time and the work was done quickly and cleanly. He also found another fault in the installation and fixed it at the same time I was delighted with the work and the price

Leigh did an outstanding peice of precision cornice work for us which we are massively pleased with. The room itself was challenging to say the least as with an old house nothing is square. However his skill and craftsmanship is reflected in the overall finish. The cost was also extremely reasonable. I would highly recommend Leigh to anyone considering this type of work.
