Harry and Mark were absolutely brilliant. Harry's communication was excellent and he went above and beyond on my bathroom and full flat renovation. He made helpful suggestions, managed parts of the project, sourced a new boiler at a great price, and brought in a fantastic team. I trusted him fully, even giving him a spare key. Builder saw and quoted for the job. I hired him in good faith. Started work refused to remove both fence panels. Removed and damaged the panel,did not errect it back as found.Did not finish my job. Left all rubbish in the work area, including his own bucket.Poured cement and raw lime water in my flower bed, destroying my seeds, germinating for the summer season. Broke my garden tap off the push fit and couldn't fix it back. A total disaster, leaving me with incomplete rendering, which cost me twice over.

Unfortunately I’m dissatisfied with the job S&D has done for 3 reasons: * they smeared with the cement mix all the brickwork they touched as well as the adjacent wall and the electric car charger * they left the rubble behind * they were going to leave the roof not weather sealed until I spotted and and fought for it to be mended

Marshall completed great work along with Shaun. They were both very pleasant and polite. They were clean and tied. They bonded wall and installed skirting and around door frame, they also sanded door way for me plus filled in few extra bits which was appreciated. They look their time and made sure everything was as we needed it to me i would definitely recommend and would use again in the future if needed.
