John was a nice chap who gave an honest assessment of our problem. John determined that there was not a fault with our plumbing and therefore we were only required to pay for his investigation effort. He was on time, polite and reasonably priced.

Build well planned, professionally executed and delivered within budget. Any issues discussed immediately and mutually resolved. Work force skilled, personable and respectful. Project completed in timely and continuous manner. Project well managed through bad weather and neighbours’ expectations. Minimal disruption regarding electricity, water and heating and consulted in advance of any period of down time. We are happy with the build and would unreservedly recommend Kingswest Developments.

I can thoroughly recommend John. He expertly fitted six oak veneer doors for me and did an excellent job overcoming the challenges of my door frames, none of which were square and precisely vertical. Ashley and his team removed an awful worn out decking and old patio and replaced it with a lovely brick and stone patio. They had to do a work to resolve different ground levels in our garden and between us and our neighbours. They replaced fencing and posts to. They were a great bunch, turned up when they said, listened and turned my idea in reality. Cannot thank them enough, I was impressed with their workmanship, hard work and commitment to complete the job.

J&m roofing ltd did a fantastic job on my roof. There was no messing around and no stress. They were very helpfull and very reliable , started the job when they said they were going to start and completed the job on time to my satisfaction. The whole team was well mannered and polite.I was kept well informed on the daily progress of the project. Rob was a great find, the work was managed quickly, very reasonable cost and excellent standard. I am delighted with the huge unit which takes all the children's toys, acts as a window seat in the conservatory yet designed so blends into the room. No hesitations recommending Rob. Rachel
