STUPID when I texted him to say I will report him to RatedPeople and the authorities. More slabs broke 2 days ago. Sent him the picture. He simply texted back: MOVED TO DEVON NO LONGER WORKING. Arrived within 30 mins and quoted, he didn’t have the correct part and had to go and get one for us, it was discontinued, but he returned with a solution and fixed the toilet making it a duel flush!
