Josh was extremely patient when we asked for additional work to be done mid job, and happily took on the extra tasks. We were kept updated at the end of each day as to what he’d done that day, and his plan for the following day. Contractors made arrangements to call, arrived on time, they seemed very nice & efficient; however we did not receive a quote as promised, when I queried it; he apologized saying he thought he had emailed me to say it would be late as he had broken his collarbone. Keiran and his gang at Smith & Sons are a total disgrace. He demanded full payment upfront (which clearly funded his honeymoon), did the bare minimum, then vanished. No return, no refund, no shame. They’ve taken our money and run – pure theft, in my view. They hide behind multiple business names, which reeks of dishonesty and likely tax dodging. Untrustworthy. Unreliable. Unprofessional. Avoid them like the plague. I wouldn’t let them near a garden with a bargepole.
