Decoration and renovation were great all round and offered the best advice out of all the people I looked at and the end result was much better because of them. They are high quality, very flexible, did everything when they said they would and were easy to work with. They have my recommendation and I will use them again.

Russell is like the decorator in your dreams. Always on time: you could literally set your watch.by him. Works to a really high standard and takes pride in his work. Add to that: pleasant, completely reliable and easy to work with. Best of all, the rooms in my home that he did look amazing. I don't do this often, but I can't recommend him highly enough.

I recently had a mansard loft conversion and a two storey rear extension completed by Home Shape Ltd. Overall, I am very pleased with the work they have done. The project was finished on time and within the agreed budget. The builders were professional, courteous, and easy to communicate with throughout the process. The quality of craftsmanship is excellent; both the loft conversion and the extension blend seamlessly with the existing house. I would highly recommend them.

Barney and his team were excellent. Efficient, fast and neat work tiling and fitting new shower enclosure and tray. Came across problems with the plumbing and level and they were brilliant to make the job complete and nice guys and very neat and left us very happy and fully recommend and look forward to using Barney as team in future for sure! Nigel, came to quote and sent his man Peter to do the work. All I can say is that I'll always use these guys for any carpentery in the future. Peter was amazing, very high quality work, helpful, nothing was a problem or an issue. Brilliant 'can do' attitude . A rare find and not too expensive.

First time I've engaged a tradesman after becoming a homeowner. Explained exactly what needed to be done and why (shows me evidence of various bit clogging up thanks to limescale) kept me informed when he was going to be late (this was down the snowy conditions) all work done on time and as expected things work so much easier now. Left the flat in a good clean condition afterwards.

Roger and his crew achieved a complete fire door and frame (with fitments) replacement in a single day. They left my flat clean and tidy and were away by 3.15pm. Great work

Exceptional service. Lee came to quote same day, was charming and polite and understood the job and my budget requirements instantly, starting work promptly the following week painting my entire flat in time for rental viewings. He collected and returned the keys to a different address for my convienicenc, sourced the paint and communications were faultless the whole way through. And the finished product is excellent. Lee is brilliant and I will absolutely be using Intelligent Property Developments again.

Excellent tradesman, discussed options, Ben sourced the rail we wanted and fit the new rail quickly and efficiently making good where required after removing and disposing of the old rail. Excellent quality of work and exceeded all expectations.

Andrew was extremely professional and actually went beyond what he was contracted to do. I live in the US so couldn’t supervise the work in person but Andrew not only provided me written updates of progress but also attached pictures with clear descriptions. John did a fantastic job creating a pocket door and stud wall to form a new office space. He was considerate throughout, ensuring minimal disruption and keeping everything tidy.
