Job- fit shower tray, door and mixer bar. For Dementia/alziemers 92 yr old lady owner. Arrived 3pm. Within 2hrs of starting, asked for payment. 3.5 hrs later, Dust everywhere, gave them £250 to keep them happy, they left with just laying the tray. 9pm started getting threatening calls from workers telling me to come to door as he’s outside waiting for payment! Several calls later… I called police! No one around my mother’s house! Now we’re £250 down. Don’t use this Company.

Did work which was described. Thought extra was a bit expensive so didn’t go ahead. Came down in price as soon as I said it was too expensive. Stated the tiles were and felt were loose. I saw from the picture it was just the end cap that had moved and was no problem. Stated he would have needed to reset it and if not it would leak. I had a new roof done within the past 5 years.

We Do not have any call out charge which means to travel to you, for our labour we charge a minimum of £165 this includes the upto an hours labour, if the Job takes longer than a hour we only charge by the half hour with 95% of our jobs are completed within the first hour.
