After initial assessment I was told it was a two man job who duly arrived in a couple of days with a jetting machine to clear the limescale. They worked very hard to jet the blockage one in the bathroom one outside at the manhole with the jetter. When they were satisfied the soilpipe was clear they inserted a camera so we could all see the there was now no obstruction. They were pleasant and informed me what was happening all the time, I would recommend them to others.

Mike worked with his son Silas. What a really nice pair. Genuine, polite and got on with the job even though I asked for a few tweaks along the way. James was very honest and friendly from quote to completion. He explained everything that needed doing during the service of my gas stove fire and combi boiler; he showed me parts inside the boiler which had worn and needed replacing, requoted and returned a few days later with the required parts. He works with as little disruption as possible and is meticulous about leaving the area clean afterwards. I would highly recommend him and will most definitely be keeping his number for any future work
