Im a fully qualified joiner but i do most of other trades as well. I like to do your job myself which may take a little longer but for you, you only have one person in your house thats trustworthey and everything is done right and in the right order. Did fix the issue as agreed and they where called back out to fix it correctly, which they did

The tradesperson failed to respond with a quote after having been sent the plans. No communication at all one way or another.
