Graham fixed my outdoor Christmas lights, but we didn’t test them before he left. I specifically requested roof gutter lights, which required a tall ladder. Later, the gutter lights didn’t work. After paying a significant amount, I politely asked Graham to return. His shocking response was that he couldn’t come until Tuesday, there’d be an extra charge, and suggested I ask a neighbor or window cleaner. His lack of empathy and care was disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend him due to his indifferent attitude.

Really pleased with both parts of this job, great finish. Reasonable prices and very high quality of work. I would highly recommend Charles , and will get him back for any future work.

I recently had some window renovation done by Robert. And have no hesitation in giving the highest recommendation. Robert turned up on time, very polite and easy to deal with and hugely knowledgeable . He did an amazing job and I couldn't be happier. There are other jobs on my property and Robert is my 'go to...' Big gaps in flooring now. His colleague left kitchen skirting uneven and broken. Avoiding calls to repair even after repeated contacts. Will not recommend because he failed to deliver quality finish.

Terrible job left grout all over tiles which has now dried in had to get him back the nxt day slightly better job hopefull bath is sealed. Think I should get my money back will NEVER use him again forvthis type of job.

Very Happy with the work done guys worked hard and Hugh was Happy to answer any questions I had. Hugh was very knowledgeable and friendly and job was done to a very good standard. I would have no hesitation in hiring him again

These guys were so excellent! The job wasn't as straightforward as we initially thought due to an uneven wall but they gave us different options and then finished it to perfection. They turned up exactly when they said they would and price was great, would definitely use them again!

Do not hire this person. He gave us a quote for the job and told us he would be Tuesday. On Monday he text to say could we move to Wednesday...no problem. Wednesday he showed up for 5 minutes then disappeared with no explanation?? We tried to get hold of him all day. Eventually he text my husband back that night saying the job was worth more than he had initially quoted sorry for misunderstanding!! Why not just say I’ve misunderstood when I initially quoted and tell us the new price? Don’t just disappear!!

phoned to say they were coming on a Wednesday then on the wednesday they phoned to say they were going to have to come on the friday i had waited in both days and they never turned up at all i was outraged at this considering i had said in my ad i needed it done quickly! Would not recommend they totally wasted my time.
