Ryan was punctual at all times. His communication skills are excellent. Ryan and the team worked efficiently and effectively. The finish on the job was good. I believe that he diagnosed correctly the problem with the roof. I can’t confirm yet whether the leak has been resolved. I’ll have to wait until it rains!

On on build are a general building company based in the Nottingham and surrounding areas. We provide various services including underfloor heating and floor sreeeding, bricklaying, driveways, turfing,fencing, patios, roofing and driveway cleaning and resealing. PL insured and cscs cpcs certified. Over the last 3 years i have been working on train sidings refurbishment in manchester and new build house and been on checkatrade, but back on rated people again now.

I've been a sole trader for 40 years now.It is a family run business, we do many services in the trade such as-all types of roofing services(new roof to small repairs, guttering led work etc) All types of bricklaying, pointing-website barrieeatonroofing.
Excellent quality of work and very neat and tidy.
VFT solutions are specialists in traditional and modern render and plaster finishes along with machine applied finishes. We also offer all aspects of carpentry, joinery and property/garden maintenance. We pride ourselves on the basis we are only as good as our last job, that way we ensure each and every project that we complete is done to the highest standard.
Prior write up was the victim of predictive text, word should have been courteous not contentious, other than that write up is spot on.

We are really pleased with our newly tiled living room floor. Ryan was very thorough with the setting out, and checked we were happy with the tile pattern and the alignment of the cuts before starting. All the cuts are flawless and the grouting and finishing is really good. All rubble was removed and the working area was well cleaned on completion. Overall we are very pleased with the work, and would recommend.
