Owned a house for over 20 years. Matt, with his worker, James are the best plumbers I've come across. Truly outstanding in all respects. They took care to minimise dust and disruption throughout. And the finish is superb, but just as good is the quality of the pipework craftsmanship under the floors and in the walls - no shortcuts - just quality. I cannot recommend Matt highly enough.

Martyn turned up on time every visit and worked extremely hard under difficult conditions. His plumbing works look excellent and I shall be using him again. More expensive than I anticipated but as I said very difficult conditions and I had little idea of the costs involved.

Shane was an absolute legend. Arrived on time and found the problem straight away. He is a really easy going bloke and gave some good advice. Even went to the effort to text me a photo of a part I needed to order! Highly recommend him.

We have been very pleased with the renovation work done by Waycon. You need a good relationship with your builder in taking on ideas and not being afraid to ask questions. We have exactly this with Steve and James, a great job done with precision and thought. We now have garages which are an asset to the neighbourhood with several enquiries from passers by as to who had done the work - in itself a tribute to the quality of their work. I would highly recommend Waycon.

They were really professional compared to the other builders that came and contacted me. The Project Manager was also on hand to answer any questions I had and offered me adviced on how best to move forward. We ended up refurbishing our entire bathroom which is looking great now. As of today, the job has been paid for in full (in cash) but remains unfinished. The shower hasn't been fitted, the cupboard units are poorly fitted-a bracket broken in one of them, a cupboard handle lost which he expected me to replace, the painting and finishing is shoddy - lumps of grout left on the tiles. I have had quotes running into hundreds to complete the fitting & improve the finishing - after paying in cash and trusting in a professional job - nightmare!
