He was very good at the job and finished on time etc. The one thing I found slightly annoying was the urgency to finish the job and get the money, ie insisting that he paints the fence even though it was forecast to almost certainly rain that day and receiving multiple calls from his wife etc to our pressure. Overall though I am pleased with the end result and will use him again if given a chance

We are a property maintenance company, based in Sevenoaks, Orpington and Biggin Hill, Kent, and servicing the surrounding areas We undertake all home improvements work, including renovations and decorating, and drainage. We also do all general handyman work, from hanging doors, replacing taps, building flat pack furniture, hanging shelves, security lights, and TV's, and even changing your toilet! Additionally, we offer outdoor services, such as glazing, roof repairs, guttering, driveways, fencing, down-pipe restoration, garden maintenance, tree removal, pond building, custom shed design and build, and anything else that you need to create your outdoor oasis.
Workmen friendly and the work they carried out was to a reasonable standard. BUT they let themselves down when it came to getting them back to finish the job as bad weather prevented them from completing. I had to do all the chasing and they made excuses why they couldn’t return and now they aren’t responding to either text or email. Should have realised when they wanted payment for the work carried out on day 1 - in hindsight I don’t think they ever intended on returning.

I was happy and paid as this plumber said he was coming back to fit some caps later in the week. Since, I have noticed the tap has been plumbed incorrectly hot to cold and vice versa, he did not return with the caps. I think he was just lying that what he wanted to fit was better because he forgot to put them on when fitting the shower and my sink isn’t attached to the wall securely. I have given him a couple of months now to put it right but he ignores my calls and texts.
