Small reliable family run business who undertake all electrical work.
Seemed friendly and initially responded quickly. Replaced a switch which he did an ok job of. Came back out to do some other work and it was done to a very poor standard. Left me with no lighting in my kitchen which I didn't realise until afterwards. Had a month and a half of him repeatedly saying he would come out, waiting in for him and no shows. He then started ignoring my calls. Now have to pay someone else to finish his shoddy work. Wolf in sheeps' clothing... AVOID, he'll mess you about & rip you off!

Very disappointed with this “tradesman” and his work. Things went well initially with Mervyn helping to design our bathroom refurb. The work itself seemed to go reasonably well but he when he was called back to fix a leak in the shower this wasn’t done adequately. More and more silicone was added, without fixing the leak. Eventually, when the shower leaked so badly that water poured through our living room ceiling, this guy wouldn’t even answer his phone. My advice would be to avoid.

Other jobs we regularly complete include full loft Conversions and replacement of old roof windows due to them becoming drafty or if they have been fitted for 25 years and over and need a upgrade. Gary was actually the only tradesman who gave me a quote in the end but I am very happy with the job that he and his team did. He was pretty much always there at exactly the time he said he would come and the work was completed within the time stated. People who have come to the house have been very impressed with the new shower and loo so I would use Gary and rated people again .
