Sam Roberts was extremely curteous and very professional. He recently carried out an electrical installations condition check at one of our properties. As a result of the check, some work was needed. He did this work very efficiently and for a reasonable price. His van broke down on first assigned day of the work. He let me know of this very early on the day and he was very apologatic about it. He completed the job the very next day. You only find out how good someone is when a problem occurs. Excellent!

Booked for next day, 12-6 Tuesday. Technician didn't turn up, phoned to say it would be Wednesday. Wednesday phoned to say it would be Thursday. Turned up Thursday, did half the job then said was done, without doing the EICR. Phoned the office, said they didn't have the testing equipment to the EICR, so would be Friday, Didn't turn up Friday, called by manager at 5pm to say sorry but his task list was three days long and so could he get it rescheduled for Monday. So I wasted two half days.
