Reason for only a 3 star review is as follows. Didn’t rewire a light that said would as said shouldn’t be just plugged in to a socket and was included to be done in the quote. I messaged Chris as the lights timings not set up correctly even though he said he had to send me the instructions so I could do it and I saw him with the instructions but I never got any response so I had to spend time up a ladder sorting myself using guesswork. There were a couple of other issues but out of characters !!

Brooke Contractors managing director is also a full time Electrical Project manager, covering some of the largest electrical installs in London. So rest assured when we arrive to work at your home, you will receive the best quality of work available.
Although seemingly very professional initially, arrived on time to quote, supplied a reasonable price, agreed time and date to commence work. Unfortunately week 1 failed to show, lame excuse ‘ van issues’ possible of course, week 2, failed to show again, no excuse, no response to phone calls, didn’t have the courtesy to return calls or convey reason for failing to attend, rude, so I can’t comment on the standard of his work but if it’s as poor as his customer service then avoid this electrian

Sam and his team did a great job with a full rewire of a house for me. They have done everything I asked at a reasonable price even with a couple of small changes during the job. I have also had two of my neighbours say how respectful they had been towards them, in regards to unavoidable noise and van parking. A previous plumber scared me by implying it was a major job - replacing, retiling, expensive, destructive - so I put it off.
