He spent a bit of time on phone before doing the work to really have a good understanding of the problem and then he turned up on time with the right material and fixed my broken switch in less than 15 minutes for a very reasonable price. Will absolutely use his services again.

I can't recommend Tom highly enough. He's a lovely friendly chap and supremely good at what he does. He put up 4 pairs of new curtains and the poles as well as taking down the old ones.
