James arrived punctually. He was able to assess what needed doing very quickly and set to work. He cleaned up thoroughly after himself and made sure we were happy with the results. He even hung up the curtains on the newly installed curtains rail for us. Spent a lot of time helping us decide on what we wanted, organised ordering everything and even offered to be there when they were delivered.
