Excellent service from start to finish. Initially came out to quote for an over-running toilet and fixed the issue. When a non-related leak appeared into the downstairs flat, he returned quickly the next day and resolved with a short term fix whilst waiting for parts. I appreciate his clear and detailed communication on job needed, options provided, and consulting on fittings and materials.
