Placed advert Thursday. Contacted same day by Mike with a view to coming out and quoting next day. Came on time priced the job on Friday and arranged to start work on the Tuesday. Mike worked with his son Silas. What a really nice pair. Genuine, polite and got on with the job even though I asked for a few tweaks along the way. Both very old school and worked at their own pace - happy with work carried out and will use them again. Reasonable price too.

Work was done over two days and to a very high standard. The new doors are well built and installed and are exactly what I was looking for. Scott was really helpful from the start, very personable throughout, answering questions that came up and advising how best to maintain the new doors going forward. Will definitely hire again.

The proprietor, Dylan Elgood, was very knowledgeable, advised on the latest Fire Regulations for the first floor windows and was not phased by our old non-standard size Crittall windows. The price was fair and compared well against the larger companies. Dylan personally carried out, or supervised all the work, in both a cheerful and professional manner, to schedule, and with an excellent finish throughout. We highly recommend PVC Design Solutions Ltd and would definitely use them again ourselves.

My career in roofing began in 1978, predominately on new build developments. In 1987, although continuing with the new builds, I began to branch out into domestic roofing. This included re-roofs, extensions, repairs and leak investigation. Alongside this, in 2010 I took a Contracts Manager position with a national roofing company, In this role I am responsible for the labour and materials required for various developments in the South East. It is also part of my role to oversee the customer service team. My contacts within the industry enable me to obtain very competitive prices on materials. An excellent job at a competitive price. Aaron provided a quote which outlined details of the job to be done. They arrived as promised at 7.45 and had the job done in just over 6 hours. The work was neat and tidy and they cleaned up thoroughly after - no mess left for us. Aaron discussed in detail the problems discovered and has suggested further minor work to improve ventilation in the roof - which we will have done.
