My job was the exterior painting of my house. Between quoting for the job and completion was over a month due entirely to some of the wettest, windiest weather we have had in a long time. I had regular updates from Vince apologising for the weather and as soon as the weather improved Vince was on the job and it was completed promptly to a high standard. Daniel was extremely helpful and professional at his work. We could not thank him enough for sorting the issue with faulty vent pipe, where management company failed to address the problem of awful sewage smell coming out of the main stack. Dom from Pure Boilers responded promptly to my enquiry about a leak on my boiler even though it was Sunday and Ny Eve. Despite it not being an emergency, he came out the next working day. He gave details of the different solutions and I chose to have a new boiler installed which he ordered the same day and fitted 2 days later. Dom is very professional, and kept me informed of the costs before carrying out the work. He did a great job and left everything clean and tidy. I would highly recommend.
