Lee and his crew have been excellent from start to finish. Lee was flexible and was able to fit in around us as we are having lots of work done. We chose Buildway to do this important work at our house replacing a 42 year old timber balcony. Bill came over and gave us a very thorough assessment of the options and then produced a fair quote for the work. The dates were agreed and stuck to. All members of the team are qualified in their own field and fully insured.
A well deserved 5 stars. Arrived exactly on time as agreed and did a very nice install of the kitchen laminate flooring. The 2 workers were very carefull and friendly and hoovered up everywhere before leaving. I would have no hesitation in recommending Inspire for laminate flooring and also any Electrical Work.

Not a great experience. New shower tray walk in shower fitted for disabled parent. Returned to find a very poor job. Not sealed around the tray, along the trim and sealant on panels at the top missing and incomplete. Black scuff marks left on the ceiling. Root cause identified that the trader uses contractors for some parts and clearly doesn't inspect their work therefore had to withhold payment (although pressured on email to pay) to make sure it was put right. Most rectified I'll complete sealing.

Dave did a great job at both my properties. His men left some work unfinished but he promptly came back to fix everything himself after.
When embarking on a large project (in this case a substantial house extension) you want to be reassured that as well as good communication throughout the job, the quality of work will be of the highest and that best efforts are made to bring the job in on time and as near as possible on budget. My wife and I were very impressed on all these fronts and would heartily recommend the AJR team. They turned up everyday for the 3 months the job took, were polite and resolved unforeseen problems creatively.
Poor work. Chemfix wasn't mixed properly for gallows brackets and didn't set for over a week. The joiner didn't even know which joists required additional strength and I had to tell him what to do. Would not recommend.
