Mark was quick to make initial contact and arranging to visit to view the work required after submitting the job on rated people. He is knowledgable and able to provide guidance on the best approach to take. His work was of an excellent quality and carried out in a clean, professional and timely manner. This was a relatively small job, fixing a new fire, surround and mantlepiece. A new cowl and chimney pot was also fitted. The work was done on time, within budget, and we were impressed by the way the work was carried out, the attention to detail (including clearing up afterwards) and by the knowledge and expertise shown. We would use the same firm again, if required.
