This firm sub contracted out the work to a local plumber/carpenter who I found difficult to contact. I needed a new shower as he said he couldn`t repair it. I selected the cheapest one as I am upgrading my bathroom later this year. He couldn`t get it straight away so I selected a dearer one which he fitted. He then told me he was going away the next day. If I hadn`t selected the dearer one I would still be waiting! There is some moisture leaking but I really don`t want him again so I`ll wait and see.

Viktor put me at ease immediately by seriously wanting to get on with the job. It was by no means an easy task and I am very pleased i didn't attempt it myself. He attacked the task head on, needing to destroy the old wc to remove it. The new wc was fitted, very securly and Viktor didn't leave until he was completely happy there were no leaks. Martin was extremely professional and spent the best part of 2 hours trying to fix our toilet, even going as far as checking the external drains. Although he wasn’t able to solve the problem at least I now know what to do next and he provided several useful videos of our problem to help with that. Would recommend and would definitely hire again.
