I am very wary hiring people, this is due to getting let down time after time. What a breath of fresh air Jack was, excellent communication, turned up on the dot at time stated. The job: New render & coating to front of 1930's semi, hallway extended to incorporate porch, new windows + composite door, interior plastering to hall and fireplace surround, two new rads, one surplus rad removed.
