The Project Manager was also on hand to answer any questions I had and offered me adviced on how best to move forward. We ended up refurbishing our entire bathroom which is looking great now. We had Bernie come and look at the task, he was friendly and polite. He took his time when looking around - not in a bad way - but to ensure his quote was accurate. His price was very competitive and we decided to go ahead. He's done a great job and cleaned up after himself. He has a lot of knowledge and was able to complete the work under the agreed time. Rare you find a tradesman like Bernie - couldn't recommend him enough.

I used AGL to decorate my 5 bedroom house in W12 in April 2014. The standard of the work was excellent. They are experienced and were able to come up with practical solutions to issues that arose. They were able to carry out addition electrical and plumbing work. Their quote was competitive and transparent. They repsonded promptly to calls and emails. AGL were trustworthy and reliable and I have since made several recommendations to friends. I would definitely use them again.

Asked £75 to change a fuse, didn't have a fuse with him and connected door telephone wire I thought he will give us a quote first. He asked £75 and said that's going rate. After some heated conversation settled for £40. Won't recommend. I ended up fixing the problem, then realised new telephone only costs £25.
