We are a period/listed property restoration company. We specialise in traditional materials and methods. Often our work is to Identity and rectify damp issues which arise from the use of modern materials on period properties where breathable materials are imperative for the buildings features and characteristics to function. Once the breathability of the property is compromised damp issues will occur. We offer damp assessments for your property with a full report to guide you in the right direction eradicating current and future damp issues. Unfortunately, we were unhappy with Remi’s service. He charged £200 and said the issue was fixed, but it returned the next day. He claimed it wasn’t his responsibility and wanted to charge again. He then agreed to come back but cancelled directly with the tenants without informing me + went away for two weeks, leaving them without washing facilities. We had to hire another contractor and also compensate the tenants. A refund was refused.
