Not the cheapest quotation we received but good value overall. We chose to go with D T Building because they approached the job in a very professional way despite it being a relatively small job. Very happy with the work that Daniel did for us, so far all of our leaking wall issues have been fixed. We will definitely contact D T Building for any future building needs and would happily recommend them to anyone.

Mr Ovy and his team demonstrated excellence in their workmanship with efficiency and at a very reasonable price! I used APH Property Maintenance to hang some doors. They were very professional and reliable. The job was finished to a very high standard especially considering it was not straight forward. First time I've engaged a tradesman after becoming a homeowner. Explained exactly what needed to be done and why (shows me evidence of various bit clogging up thanks to limescale) kept me informed when he was going to be late (this was down the snowy conditions) all work done on time and as expected things work so much easier now. Left the flat in a good clean condition afterwards.

Roger and his crew achieved a complete fire door and frame (with fitments) replacement in a single day. They left my flat clean and tidy and were away by 3.15pm. Great work
