James Morris did some structural work for us, converting our separate kitchen and lounge into an open-plan kitchen. He also converted a guest loo into a laundry and did some other minor renovation works. His customer service skills are outstanding and the quality of workmanship is excellent. He and his team have a very good work ethic and were very happy to work through weekends at our request to expedite the job. Quoted me for two days but took 5 due to late starts.overall standard of work was good. This led to offering more work . I bought materials for new work but he let me down evening before he was due to start hence low rating for reliability.

We were really pleased with the excellent work that was undertaken by JMG. JMG removed the rotted decking and old artificial grass that was in our garden and replaced it with Indian flagstones. They also replaced the garden posts to our fencing and replaced our wooden gate. JMG were reliable, efficient and very hard working. The team were all friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We would definitely use the company again and would recommend them.
