Vitaliy & his team are excellent. They were very punctual starting at 7.45 every day & working full solid days, even at weekends. They never missed a day. Vitaliy kept me daily updated regarding the process & was present on the job each day. The quote was detailed & competitive & final cost close to the original. The work was completed to a very high standard. It was a complex job but Vitaliy made the process less stressful. I was kept updated asked my opinion even on the smallest things.

Dennis came round after giving me a quote, very respect full, explained the materials I would need to buy, not knowing anything about banisters or spindles, arrived on time went to get the materials started working straight away, and was finished by 5pm, did a great job with no one helping him, and the end result was perfect, thank you for transforming my stairs , that's 5 stars from me. Ben contacted me promptly and gave me a quote over the phone - he came the following day to do the job and sent photos and a video of the work - everything was left clean and tidy. The price remained the same even though he had to replace some of the tiles. Happy to get the work done and would use Ben again.
