I contracted Alfie to refurbish a large area of Cotswold stone terrace and pathways around my home in Godalming. The terrace was a mess. Alfie and his team made a great job of removing all the old cement mortar pointing, relaying loose slabs, re-jointing and tidying up the area, including rebuilding the front door step. His young team were friendly, polite and hard working and I am happy to recommend them to anyone considering hard landscaping work. Everything was delivered to the agreed plan.

Lewis and his team did a very good job with restoring bricks on my old Victorian house. Painted with all kind of paint by previous owner. Lewis knew exactly what is the best way to clean it off and the result exceeded my expectation. Very good re-pointing and prefect colour match of the mortar mixing 3 different types of sand I have never heard of. Also keeps you updated regarding progress and plan for the next day. Punctual and reliable. I am very happy with the result and will certainly use him again.
Pete is a very reliable builder. He turned up on time, completed everything in the time agreed, and liased with building inspectors on our behalf. We would highly recccomend him and his team for anyone who who needs a reliable builder; who doesn't need supervision, and takes the stress out of contacting building inspectors. Norbert and Raymond delivered a very prompt quotation which was sufficiently detailed for me to make a decision on the work. They were keen and diligent throughout the project, working hard for a very fair price. Their attention to detail was excellent, they didn't skimp on quality and worked tirelessly for 7 continuous days to deliver as promised. I'm very pleased with the end result - a paved terraced garden engineered with drainage channels, brickwork and timbers. I can definitely recommend them for similar work.

We found Alwin to be a true professional, we were worried about who to use after hearing horror stories about plumbers. Alwin however put our mind at risk very quickly, and even though the job became a lot larger then initially expected he managed to finish within our timescales. Since then we have had a couple of minor issues with the bathroom, however Alwin has come over to repair them immediately which I have found very impressive. I would certainly recommend AA plumbing in the future.

I have 35 years in building trade, I work on the building sites different building companies and the Local Authority. I have just finish working for a company call NKP construction I have now decided to work for myself.
Gary stuck to time, and didn't charge for anything not laid out upfront. I was pleased with his time keeping, and worked into the night to ensure that the job was finished on time.
After the initial email from SWP Scaffolding asking about the job (which seemed very friendly and eager) i never heard back from them - not even to say 'thanks but no thanks' so i cant really rate them anything other than 1 star.
