Valentino has done a fantastic job of bathroom and kitchen refurbishment. He has delivered what he had promised no hidden charges and no false promises. Very reliable and soft spoken. He uses the best material in the market so quality of product is very good. He did the facia as well which is also of very good specifications. They were tremendously enthusiastic. They turned up every day, even though it was below freezing in November 2023! Mistakes were made. Primarily setting out the project. The job was to repair a small Victorian external pathway. Adequate spare tiles were supplied. The whole path was dug up and a new concrete base installed then they started from the two sides and worked their way down to the bottom. This meant the pattern didn't fit. They now understand where they went wrong so the next job should be better.

Mandir from final touch was amazing. I highly recommend him and final touch. I called final touch for an urgent job and they came the following day. No complaints and very reasonable price. I had to lay carpet on stairs, passage and two other rooms with carpet which did not fit exactly plus a combination of old and new carpet. Manvir was able to do it no problem and made it look easy. I have no issue with the work they did, but they should routinely carry cleaning equipment such as brooms, dustpan and brush and a vacuum cleaner. They should not need to use mine, or ask me for a bucket to mix up plaster in. Finally they really should take their rubbish away or tell their clients the price does not include rubbish removal. Putting it in my neighbour’s bin and on my garden is unacceptable.
