They gave a quote based on photos and did phone on the day to say that the scope of the job was much bigger than originally thought, so the cost was higher but this did reflect the state of the garden. They half finished job by put down the carpet and only secured 1 section and then got paid left when I checked they accused me of removing the pins in carpet section that was loose and said they'd come back and check and never returned... if you carefully inspect work
