James was hired to fit 5 internal doors. It took him 3 days, and the work was careless, lazy, and full of mistakes, excuses, lies and frustration. He blamed the doors, house, locks, anything but himself. I wasn't going to leave a review, but after he left I was able to fix —by myself— issues that he tried to gaslight me into believing it was the best possible outcome. I suspect his "27 years of experience" was made up, and the problem was nothing but absolute lack of skill, care and work ethic.

Very experienced and skilled tiler, he did a fantastic job tiling my hallway and utility room floors. Very polite, respectful, reliable and honest. Turned up every morning bang on 8am and worked till 6pm; finished the job to a high standard and very quickly. Would definitely recommend.

This company was hired by me about year and a half a go to install laminate flooring in two bedrooms and landing area. Prior to that I have used exactly same flooring but different installers for another bedroom with no issues. The flooring boards now became disjoint in many places which may be due to there being too large gaps left beneath the beading. They are refusing to fix and blame poor laminate quality!

Leon and Ashley did a very good job on my floors. I was unable to move my lounge furniture as for being too heavy. They did it with great care and arranging my room for me once the job was finished. A couple friends visited on Sunday and were amazed with the results Even Bow ( my German Shepherd) noticed the change and kept looking and sniffing at the floor. Ahmet and his 2 colleagues have been very accommodating as I have picked my own laminate to lay down and have helped me what to buy to have everything ready. They were ready to finish the job in 1 day for the whole 120sqm and they only couldn't do it as there were some surprises when the carpet was removed, so they came back on Sunday to finish it. Hamed from 1 of - bathrooms fitted a new bathroom for me. All went well and I was happy with the results. However, the extractor fan was not fitted correctly and he has yet to fix it, and about 3 weeks after he completed the work a leak started every time the shower is used and he is ignoring all my calls. I am having to get another electrician to fit the correct extractor and a plumber to sort the leak out.
