Silvio and Vacili were very quick to respond after job post, quote and begin our bathroom refurbishment from an initial shower room to new bathroom refurb which involved replacing shower cubicle with a family bath instead. Friendly and hardworking guys, checking in on our preferences for the installation along the way. Toilet relocation needed tricky plumbing but they were confident and got the job done. I spoke with Costa on the phone shortly after the job was posted. He visited my home two days later. After his arrival, we openly discussed two possible types of fixings for the shelves, their exact position on the wall, and the price. My husband accepted and paid your bill at the time it is only subsequently that we have found out from others that this was an excessive amount to be charged for this work. Our mistake was not getting a number of quotes before instructing you to do the work. We will not make this mistake again.
