Gave me a fair quote then when they pulled the shower out there was a lot of water damage but only charged a little bit more and not only that they fixed a lot of little things in my flat at no extra cost. It involved the repair of an external door and he moved other jobs around so he could get to this sooner because it affected the security of the building.
