Lovely boy fitted 4 radiators for me 3 of them he had to move there location. Done the job all in one day did the job brilliant even helped me carry the old ones down 5 flights of stairs. Would def recommend and use again

Abdul turned up to give me a quote and just had a really good vibe about him. He was very professional and kept me informed every step of the way. An itemised invoice was provided and updated after any change so I was always aware of my costs. The team he had working on my job were professional, punctual and very polite. The work performed was excellent, I am extremely pleased with the final product and would definitely use them again and I recommend them wholeheartedly (which I have already).

Bathroom refurbishment was a reasonably complex job as it required moving the existing suite into a different position, installing a seperate shower, alcove , hidden toilet cistern, dropping the ceiling and laying a new floor. Job ran over schedule due to some difficulties with last minute changes that i requested, but Martin was able to accomodate these and offer advice as the job progressed. Finished bathroom looks very good with no snagging list to work through. Very easy and realiable person to work with and have asked him to quote for other work that i need doing and would happily recommend him to other people.

Happy with the various plumbing tasks complete, and then a kitchen fit. Approachable/ nice to work with. When I had to change the timings a couple of times to fit in with other tradesmen, they were understanding and adaptable. And when I had ad hoc tasks, including one in a different property, they were quick to respond.

Turned up before the agreed time,said he could do the work there and then instead of just giving a quote,very polite,no problem with me hoovering around asking questions, reasonable prices..would have no hesitation in recommending this Company to anyone who needs a plumber! The firm were professional, friendly and efficient, cared about their customers and cleaned up at the end of each day's work. Another bonus was I could trust them with the keys to the house to get on with the work without me around. Also the only firm that took the trouble to research what was new on the market and the feasibility of a replacement back boiler which better suited my needs than a combi boiler. Extremely reasonable in costs I would recommend them to anyone

We hired Shaun to re-plumb and re-tile our bathroom after previous builders had botched the job and left it in a terrible state. It was a complicated job but Shaun was brilliant, tackling all unexpected problems calmly, putting in long days and offering useful advice the whole way along. He cleared up after himself everyday, caused us minimal disruption and finished on time regardless of setbacks. The bathroom looks fantastic and we'll be asking Shaun back to do the kitchen. A great plumber and a real gent.

Ken is a brilliant plumber. He put gas central heating, boiler, a waste pipe through the house, and plumbed in 2 bathrooms. He is very friendly, patient and talked me through all the options. And he did everything on time and on budget. I would definitely use him again. Stella

Did an excellent job of rendering the raised plant beds - even though it took slightly longer than anticipated due to weather conditions I was kept informed and the work came in as per budget. Would highly recommend for similiar work.

Jonathan is a true professional and reliable guy, together with his partner James installed a new Worcester Bosch boiler, relocated a radiator and power flushed the system. Jonathan explained in great detail how the system worked and carried out the necessary testing and monitoring. I would definitely not hesitate to recommend That Extra Mile to others and would be calling on their services in the future.

Zoltan was great. He took the time to design and plan with us, had a lot of patience for working out the detail... he was very clear in giving us timing brackets and delivering within that time. He loves what he does, and that is very visible in the quality of the carpentry and joinery he delivers. We would definitely recommend him to anyone as we are very happy with the results.
