Installation in spring great - friendly, helpful and worked great. However, when greater use of the boiler (ie. Heating) was needed increased leaks appeared and flooded two floors below. Trying to get 'tony' back to fix the bodge that caused it was impossible. Tony sends streams of lengthy excuses trying to deflect blame onto anyone but himself. These included being busy with other jobs, a way crash, not having declared points on his licence, to falling asleep! He gave compensation.

Ian was the only gas engineer to respond to my post & he did so very promptly. He carried out the work swiftly & efficiently. The gas fire required a new part which he ordered that day & he returned the next day to complete the work at a reasonable cost. Many gas engineers shy away from fixing gas fires, so finding Ian was a relief. He is diligent & reliable & I wouldn't hesitate in recommending him.
