Anthony and Geoff are great people to work with. They gave a competitive quote and realistic time schedule - both of which were kept to. As with any larger projects, a couple of changes needed to be made as we went along however they were entirely adaptable and proactive with advice. Work finished to a high standard and am very pleased with the result. Would not hesitate to use them again and very happy to recommend. Nice guys, great workers.

Putting your trust into a company when dealing with gas safety regulations is daunting. Not only do you need to be confident and safe in your choice but also feel you receive an honest quote. Very happy with tradesman. Fixed toilet seat and radiator. Very patience with me although I ordered the wrong radiator valve! Tidied up afterwards and disposed of radiator.

Joe was quick to respond to the job, fitted me in the next day, called 15 minutes before arriving. He was very pleasant, charged what he quoted to replace a leaking kitchen tap which was a fair price. Took the old tap and packaging away and cleaned up afterwards. Tap installed in no time. Would recommend his service.

The firm were professional, friendly and efficient, cared about their customers and cleaned up at the end of each day's work. Another bonus was I could trust them with the keys to the house to get on with the work without me around. Also the only firm that took the trouble to research what was new on the market and the feasibility of a replacement back boiler which better suited my needs than a combi boiler. Extremely reasonable in costs I would recommend them to anyone

Did an excellent job of rendering the raised plant beds - even though it took slightly longer than anticipated due to weather conditions I was kept informed and the work came in as per budget. Would highly recommend for similiar work.

Jonathan is a true professional and reliable guy, together with his partner James installed a new Worcester Bosch boiler, relocated a radiator and power flushed the system. Jonathan explained in great detail how the system worked and carried out the necessary testing and monitoring. I would definitely not hesitate to recommend That Extra Mile to others and would be calling on their services in the future.
