Norman and the guys turned up ready to work last Saturday morning and it was not long before they had the system drained and the old thermal store removed. They then began the complicated task of plumbing in an unvented hot water cylinder into the existing circuit. When they finished they diligently cleaned up and made sure everything was polished. However, I felt that the communication from the offset and quick response was good enough for me to feel that I would have gone ahead and had the job done by this company if circumstances had been different.
