I thought the job had been completed satisfactorily so I paid for the work in full. It then became apparent that problems existed. Scot did not dispute the issues and agreed to return to resolve them. There then followed 9 separate dates when we agreed for the work to be done. Scot failed to turn up for any of the dates. A variety of excuses were given for some, others he just didn't arrive. Despite giving 7 working days to return the money paid this has also been ignored. Be warned!

Really nice guy good price fixed my leaking tap and seized stopcock which was what I got him out for asked him about a radiator in the spare room that was not heating up and he fixed that too all for original price I would definitely recommend his services to friends and family!

With regard to budget the category "up to £100" is the lowest limit one can specify on this site, with regard to VAT there was never any suggestion that this should not be paid. My husband accepted and paid your bill at the time it is only subsequently that we have found out from others that this was an excessive amount to be charged for this work. Our mistake was not getting a number of quotes before instructing you to do the work. We will not make this mistake again.

I've nothing against this professional - He tried to fix the problem, but it was a difficult job and beyond his capabilities - As it also was for a subsequent engineer! Therefore, I advertised for an extremely skilled engineer who took on the challenge and after many hours and a few renewed parts got it working.

After 10yrs working for my Dads Company firstly as a Plumber then after 5 yrs Got my Gas qualification. A little over 4 years after that, I made the Step to Work for myself and be my own Boss, and Now my eldest son is now also training to be a plumber and renewables specialist. I had my boiler replaced by Jay. I was told by other tradesmen that I could not have this particular brand fitted because it would be too difficult & costly. He had no problem fitting it at all & also at a competitive rate. He ordered the parts required for compliance & was respectful, professional & efficient. The mark down was only due to an issue with the disposal of the old boiler. Overall, I would certainly recommend & will use their services again
